I'm always looking forward to my future.

Sandy-sanSandy-sanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13051292583862076821noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32201214.post-32174691099493132432007-07-27T13:00:00.000-05:002007-07-27T13:00:00.000-05:00Well, there's the obvious one... the birth of my f...Well, there's the obvious one... the birth of my first baby in just 17 short weeks.

But before I was in a family way, I must say it was about 3 years ago I adopted this strategy for myself, with wonderful results. My big 'look forward tos' seem strange to most people, but it keeps me happy and motivated all year round: races.

Mostly triathlons, but also some individual swim, bike and run races. My REALLY big next 'look forward to' race will be the Spirit of Racine Half-Ironman, which if all goes to plan will be in July of 2009.ShesAlwaysWritehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04243898033808557580noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32201214.post-27993373266279035182007-07-26T21:18:00.000-05:002007-07-26T21:18:00.000-05:00Well, this week has been hard for me. With Gary at work all day, and me alone in the apartment or on the road doing errands, I've been a bit down.

HOWEVER, I'm looking forward to a few things. This weekend, Elder Charles Kitchens, from back home-ish, will be at some churches down here. I have to go home next weekend for a friend's wedding that I'm in. Then in Oct I will be back at UNA for some final things. The BEST part will hopefully be spending Thanksgiving with my dad's side of the family. SO I'm trying to keep my chin up.

Have fun, and be safe, and we'll be praying for ya'll!Danihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15139891987615911595noreply@blogger.com
